Flames sign Walker Doehr to two-year contract

The undrafted winger originally signed with the Flames in 2021 out of Minnesota State.

Walker Doehr has signed on for two more years wearing the Flaming C.

The Calgary Flames announced today the winger who scored 11 points in 27 NHL games for them this season has signed a two-year, one-way contract worth $1.65 million over two years. He had been set to become a restricted free agent on July 1.

The South Dakota native also scored 26 points in 41 games played this season with the Calgary Wranglers, the Flames' AHL affiliate.

The undrafted Doehr, 25, signed with the Flames in 2021 out of Minnesota State in the U.S. college ranks.
